Dr. Kaplinski is committed to disseminating concepts from psychological research and sharing best-practices with the local community. Toward that end, she has led seminars, written blog posts, and provided television interviews for the roaring fork valley in the areas of anxiety, resilience and stress, caring for yourself and others, eating disorders, and parenting. Dr. Kaplinski also offers couples workshops for relationship improvement in the PREP approach (Prevention and Relationship Education Program). She also assisted in editing a book published in 2017: Cancer—Now What? Taking Action, Finding Hope, and Navigating the Journey Ahead by Kenneth C. Haugk.
